All of the Golf Loopy Golf Performance Programmes are designed to be suitable for performing in the comfort of your own home, with minimal equipment.
There are, however, some basic items that are necessary in order to make the workouts as effective as possible.
Dumbbell Set
At least one pair of dumbbells.
Ideally, these will have adjustable weights, or you will have a set of dumbbells comprising a range of weights.
See How Much Weight Should I Lift? for more information.
Exercise Ball
An exercise ball.
The exercise ball is often referred to as a Swiss ball, and also known as a balance ball, fitness ball, gym ball, stability ball, physioball, Swedish ball, therapy ball, or yoga ball.
Resistance Bands
Resistance bands or tubing with a range of resistance.
Choose bands that can be easily anchored to doors at various heights, and that can be attached to your ankles as well as held in your hands. Alternatively, you could use a cable machine.
You will also require resistance bands that can be tied in a knot to create a loop, or a premade mini-band loop.

Medicine Ball
At least one medicine ball.
For most exercises, a medicine ball weighing 3-4% of your body weight will be appropriate – that’s about 2 to 3kg (4.4 to 6.6lbs) for most people. See How Much Weight Should I Lift? for more information.
Foam Roller
A foam roller.
See An Introduction to the Foam Roller – The Golfer’s Best Friend for more details.
Kettlebell
A kettlebell. Alternatively, you could use dumbells.
